All orders placed within the Federal Capital territory and environs are usually delivered between 24 hours to 48 hours.
Orders placed outside the Federal Capital territory are usually delivered within 3 – 7 days.
Orders are placed only when payment is confirmed.

Return policy
For items to qualify for a return.  Besteya Customer care must be contacted on the day of delivery and items returned the next day if delivered within the FCT or within 2 days if it's outside the FCT, provided the items are not perishable.
